Equipment and Materials

  • Standard cooking equipment provided
  • Contestants may bring 3 personal tools/utensils
  • Uniforms provided by the competition
  • Disposable gloves and hairnets must be worn
  • No pre-prepared ingredients allowed

Safety and Hygiene

  • Food safety and hygiene rules must be strictly followed
  • Workstations must be kept clean throughout the competition
  • Any violation of food safety protocols will result in point deductions
  • First aid personnel will be present during all rounds
