IDOTGC School Girls Competitions Code of Conduct
General Rules:
- All participants must treat fellow contestants, judges, organizers, and audience members with respect and courtesy.
- Discrimination based on race, religion, nationality, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the organizers.
- Any form of cheating or unfair advantage-seeking will result in immediate disqualification.
- Participants must arrive on time for all events and adhere to the schedule.
Beauty Pageant:
- Contestants must wear age-appropriate and modest clothing at all times.
- No excessive makeup or revealing outfits are allowed.
- Participants should focus on showcasing their talents, intelligence, and personality rather than physical appearance alone.
- Body shaming or negative comments about other contestants’ appearances are strictly forbidden.
- Parents/guardians must approve all outfits and performances.
Debate Competition:
- Participants must use respectful language and avoid personal attacks during debates.
- All arguments should be based on facts and logical reasoning.
- Interrupting other speakers or speaking out of turn is not allowed.
- Participants must respect the time limits given for each segment of the debate.
- Use of electronic devices during the debate is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the judges.
Cooking Competition:
- Participants must follow all food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Use of pre-prepared ingredients is not allowed unless specified in the competition rules.
- Contestants must clean their workstations before and after the competition.
- Sharing of ingredients or tools between contestants is not permitted without organizer approval.
- Participants must handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Social Media and Public Conduct:
- Participants should use social media responsibly and avoid posting negative comments about the competition or other contestants.
- Any public statements about the competition must be approved by the organizers.
- Participants should act as positive role models for their peers and younger girls.
Disciplinary Actions:
- Violation of these rules may result in warnings, point deductions, or disqualification, depending on the severity of the infraction.
- The decision of the organizing committee regarding any disciplinary action is final.
By participating in the IDOTGC School Girls Competitions, all contestants agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. Our goal is to create a positive, empowering, and fair environment for all participants.
