All Speakers : 4 minutes
Rebuttal Team : 2 minutes
Total debate time: Approximately 5 minutes

Finals Format

Topic Announcement: 2 days before event

Rules

1. Each debate will have a proposition
team and an opposition team
2. Debate structure: speakers (4 minutes)
Opposition rebuttal (2 minutes)
Proposition rebuttal (2 minutes)
5. Teams will be informed of debate topics
2 weeks before preliminary rounds
6. preliminaries will be announced 48 hours
before the debate

Content (40%): SOCIAL MEDIA VOTES
